Accommodations in Assembly Inn
Reserve housing & meals
Rates are per person and include room in Assembly Inn for Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday nights, meals from Tuesday supper through Friday breakfast, community services fee, and N.C. sales tax (subject to change). If you need to make an adjustment to this package, you may make a note in the comments section of the online registration form, or contact the registrar, Susan Akduman, at SusanA@montreat.org.
- Single Occupancy, Private Bath: $366.93
- Double Occupancy, Private Bath: $238.54 per person
- Single Occupancy, Connecting Bath: $334.83
- Double Occupancy, Connecting Bath: $222.49 per person
PLEASE NOTE: If you are sharing the same room with another person, please list that person as your “roommate.” If you wish to share a bathroom with a specific person, you must reserve one connecting room and list that person as your “suitemate.” Your suitemate must also reserve the other connecting room, listing you as the suitemate. If you would like a suitemate assigned, please specify “male/female” and you will be placed in a room connected to someone of the same gender. A set of connecting rooms in Assembly Inn has one room with two twin beds that connects to another room with one queen bed and has a shared bath between the two rooms.

All meals are served in the Galax Dining Room in Assembly Inn.
Refunds for housing in Assembly Inn will be awarded in the following ways: full refund if notice of cancellation is received on or before January 24; full refund less $40 if notice of cancellation is received after January 24, but before February 28; no refunds will be given after February 28; all requests for refunds must be in writing and received by Montreat Conference Center via email, fax, or US mail.
